When COVID made in-person appointments impossible, Beauté Nature's founder, an esthetician, lost her ability to perform facials entirely. Without that income, her business depended on something new: selling at-home-facial kits and offering guided tutorial videos so clients could follow along and do their own facials at home.

I came on as video producer, filmer, and editor, managing the entire production process end to end, including starting and maintaining a YouTube Channel. That meant filming and editing hour-long, self-guided facial tutorials, plus promotional and branding materials for her marketing and social channels. With in-person revenue gone, video became essentially her whole business model, and the channel's growth reflected it: revenue rose by roughly 100% during this period.
