Triumph Arcade: Still Ad Campaigns for Socials

In late 2024/2025, Triumph's marketing team noticed something in the data: static, still-image ads were performing unusually well on TikTok, breaking through a feed built almost entirely around video. Because so few brands were running still ads at the time, this was a marketing avenue they wanted to pursue.

I was brought on to design two ongoing series of still ads for Triumph Arcade: re-engagement ads, aimed at bringing lapsed players back with bonuses, daily gifts, and limited-time offers, and "How to Play" tutorial carousels, teaching new users the mechanics of Triumph's individual games (like Chaos Cannon) in a swipeable, scrollable format built for TikTok's native feel.

Re-Engagement Ads

Each ad centers on a different mechanic, a spin wheel, a daily gift streak, a limited-time 2x match, a loot lineup, but all four follow the same underlying template: consistent Triumph Arcade branding, the same layout structure (logo, headline, hero visual, engagement stats, and heavy use of cash and reward imagery to make the payoff feel immediate and real. Building them on one repeatable system meant the marketing team could test which hook resonated most, without needing a new design built from scratch for every offer. I even experimented with gifs as another mode of translating our message across socials.

"How to Play" Tutorials

To help new users actually understand Triumph's games instead of downloading and bouncing, I designed a swipeable, scrollable tutorial format built to feel native to TikTok rather than like an instruction manual. Each game got its own version of the same template, a title card, a few mechanic call-outs layered over real gameplay footage, and a download prompt at the end, so the format could scale across Triumph's full library of games. I did this for the 10 games Triumph had on their platform at the time.
